Founded in 2008, Paragone is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB).

On March 16, 2015 the company received its Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) certification. Our financial systems are DCAA compliant and we are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. We have a top secret facility clearance.

Paragone derives its name from the Italian Renaissance in which one form of art (architecture, sculpture or painting) is championed as superior to all others. In our case, we strive to be the benchmark in all that we do by all that we support.

Claudia Fraley

President & Founder

Ms. Fraley is Paragone’s President and founder. She has 20+ years of small business leadership experience. Previously she was the co-founder of a highly successful, engineering professional services firm. She specializes in program communications.

Chad Adams

Principal Security Engineer

Mr. Adams is a career cybersecurity expert and former NETCOM accreditation auditor. He has extensive Oracle database and application development expertise.

Stephen Di Giulian

Director, Client Advocacy

Mr. Di Giulian has 20+ years’ experience in helping critical leadership decision making within large complex organizations including US Defense, Federal government agencies and Fortune 100 commercial – Financial, Healthcare, Hi-tech manufacturing, energy, automotive industry, logistics – including multi-tiered distribution channels.

Lisa Schwendenmann

Director of Accounting

Ms. Schwendenmann has 20 years of the public sector and non-profit accounting experience. She has an active CPA license which is in good standing.

Perry Melvin

Principal Architect

Mr. Melvin is an expert enterprise architect specializing in data and system-of-systems architecture. He has 20+ years of information technology expertise.

Pay Transparency

Paragone will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. Paragone manages several contract vehicles as a preferred prime or invited sub-contractor to provide our clients with fast, flexible channels to access the full range of our management and technology services. In most cases, agencies may choose to place orders on these vehicles directly, or use a variety of assisted acquisition organizations, such as GSA.
