Claudia Fraley: MBA: President & Founder

Ms. Fraley is Paragone’s President and founder. She has 20+ years of small business leadership experience. Previously she was the co-founder of a highly successful, engineering professional services firm. She specializes in program communications.

Dave Fraley: MBA/MS//PMP/CISSP/CAP - Vice President

Mr. Fraley is a senior SME in information assurance, program mgmt., & critical decision sup-port. Previously, he was the President of a 100 per-son consultancy. He is a retired U.S. Army Officer.

Chad Adams: BS/CISSP – Principal Security Engineer

Mr. Adams is a career cybersecurity ex-pert and former NETCOM accreditation auditor. He has extensive Oracle database and application development expertise.

Perry Melvin: BS – Principal Architect/ERwin Certified Data Modeler

Mr. Melvin is an expert enterprise architect specializing in data and system-of-systems architecture. He has 20 plus years of information technology expertise.

Eric Scheidemantel: MBA/MS – Senior Manager

Mr. Scheidemantel is an expert in strategic planning, communications, and operations management. A retired Army Officer, Mr. Scheidemantel has sup-ported the DoD for 30 plus years.

Lisa Schwendenmann: BS/CPA – Director of Accounting

Ms. Schwendenmann has 20 years of public sector and non-profit accounting experience. She has an active CPA license which is in good standing.

Jennifer Wesche: BA/MS – Talent Acquisition Manager

Ms. Wesche has 10 plus years of contingent staffing and executive recruiting experience. She specializes in recruiting technology and hard to staff SMEs.

Grace Bussey: BS – Operations Manager

Ms. Bussey is an expert in contract execution and compliance reporting management. She is an ISO 9001 certified internal auditor and process management subject matter expert.
