Claudia Fraley – MBA: President & Founder
Ms. Claudia Fraley is the President and Owner of Paragone Solutions, Inc. She has 20 years of business experience exclusively spent working with small businesses. She has spent the last five years leading Paragone's U.S. Forest Service efforts supporting organizational transformation, project management, and senior leader communications. Previously she was the co-founder of a highly successful, engineering professional services firm. She has a graduate certificate in Government Contracting from George Washington University, an MBA, and a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley.
Dave Fraley – MS/MBA/PMP/CAP: Vice President
Mr. Dave Fraley has twenty-five years of information technology and information assurance experience within commercial and government environments. Previously, he was the President of a 100-SME federal consultancy and a Senior Partner and VP with Gartner Inc. He is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel. His education includes an MS in Telecommunications, an MBA, a BS in Economics, and he is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command General Staff College. He is a certified Program Management Professional and a Certified Authorization Professional for the Risk Management Framework (i.e. NIST SP 800-37).
Lisa Schwendenmann – CPA: Director – Accounting
Ms. Schwendenmann brings twenty years of public sector and non-profit accounting experience to her role as director accounting. She has gained extensive accounting experience through senior accountant and management roles for a variety of organizations of various sizes. She has a bachelor of business administration in accounting from Indiana University and is licensed as a certified public accountant in Virginia.
Jon Hardin – BS: Director – Talent Acquisition
Mr. Hardin he has ten (10) plus years of progressive management experience in contingent staffing and executive recruiting. He is the former Managing Director for Randstad Professionals office in Tysons Corner and the former Partner to MRI of Ashburn. He has managed Fortune 500 accounts and has supported large Executive Search awards partnerships with Government affiliates like the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA).
Ashley White – MSc.: Senior Manager – Healthcare
Ms. White is a subject matter expert in the field of public health, having designed, implemented, and evaluated a range of health programs in a variety of contexts. She has functioned as a supervisor for health program training and health campaigns in communities and schools. She has a Master of Science degree in Global Public Health from the Trinity College in Dublin Ireland, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health Studies from Johns Hopkins University, and a postgraduate technical certification in Risk Sciences & Public Policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Public Health at the University of South Carolina. She spent a year working for the Red Cross in the Cook Islands working on various public healthcare requirements creating targeted.
