Paragone Training Development Method

Paragone uses the ADDIE model of instructional systems design as the basis for providing training. The ADDIE model is based on five phases: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

Paragone also uses Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation. The first level entails the reaction, meaning it focuses on the participants’ satisfaction with the program. The next level is learning, which focuses on what participants learned during the program. The third level is behavior, which focuses on changes in behavior on the job (i.e whether the participants apply what they have learned and transfer it to the workplace). Lastly, we focus on the results, which is the actual effect on the business as participants successfully apply program material.

Paragone Project Management Framework

Paragone utilizes our quality management system (QMS) to track, review, and regulate the progress and performance of the project.
